I’m nearing 68. I’m still attending live music shows, even if it’s standing room only. I don’t wish to hurt anyone by saying this, nor do I mock the creator of the universe, but I have often said I would rather lose my sight than lose my hearing. Music has kept me sane through all that life has thrown my way. Which, by the way, hasn’t been much in the great history of man’s inhumanity to man.
I thank you and Stolnack, wherever he is, for putting into words what I never could.
